We want you to feel confident ordering from Savoiyard. Please read these conditions before returning an item.

Return request window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns or parcels sent to an unapproved address might not be accepted.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories. You may be asked for photographs before approval.

Items that may not be returnable

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, final-sale and hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items remain eligible for review.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. After verification, we will explain the available replacement, refund or other resolution.

Return shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe delivery to the approved return address. When we verify that an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide the appropriate resolution and instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins or after dispatch.

Regional consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region, including any legally required cooling-off or remedy period.
